As executive director, Ellie is involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, from care coordination to employee training. She is a consummate professional with over fifteen years of diverse professional experience in human resource management, healthcare management, strategic planning, financial management and organizational development. She is an articulate, self-motivated problem solver with exceptional analytical skills. She is passionate about helping people, loves children, committed to excellence and always has a positive outlook. Due to Ellie’s own experience as mother to a medically fragile child, she lays great emphasis on hiring and retaining the right nurses or caregivers for our patients because she believes there is a direct correlation between the level of care we provide and our patients’ clinical outcome. She ensures that each member of our care team is selected on the basis of their experience, compassion, and commitment to excellent patient care. She works with the clinical team to ensure that nurses receive ongoing training and are carefully instructed on the support and unique requirements of each patient and family.
Ellie holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University with a major in Healthcare Management and Finance. In addition to Hi-Pointe, Ellie manages Albryte Support Services, a residential group home service provider focused on providing a variety of support programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. She is also a management consultant, a writer and most importantly, a mother of four boys and two girls.
Mogi Enkhbayar, RN
Mogi Enkhbayar joined Hi-Pointe Care Solutions in 2016 as the Nursing Supervisor. Experienced in hospital, nursing home and assisted living care, she was drawn to the home health field because of her caring personality and desire to help others to achieve the highest quality of life possible in their own home. At Hi-Pointe Care Solutions, she is responsible for both clinical and clerical management functions by working with the Director of Nursing, case managers and clinical personnel to coordinate all aspects of patient care including but not limited to admission, recertification, treatment and discharge planning. Her leadership skills combined with a compassionate heart to care for others help her to develop instant personal connections with both our clients, their family members, field nurses and aides. She continuous expanding her knowledge through courses and training.
Jaba Tsoo, QIDP, MBA
Jaba is a qualified intellectual disability professional with over fourteen years of diverse professional experience in project management, operations, accounting, finance and administrative management in the service industry and government contracting agencies. He joined our management team in 2020 and manages the residential programs at Albryte. Jaba takes great pride in his work with individuals with intellectual disability because he was raised by a relative who was intellectually disabled, and he feels a special connection with such individuals. At Hi-Pointe, he is responsible for coordinating schedules and developing high functioning care teams. He develops programs to attract, reward and retain good nurses for our patients. He ensures that the nurse or support staff is the right fit for the patient and their family and regularly follows up with the family to ensure rendered services continue to meet or exceed expectations. Jaba holds a Masters in Business Administration specializing in healthcare & financial management.
Catherine Lutterodt, LPN
Cathy is a highly skilled charge nurse with over 13 years experience that includes nursing facilities, acute care units, and home healthcare. Since Cathy joined Hi-Pointe in 2015, she has led a team of nurses that provide around-the-clock care for one of our adult patients with a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy, Osteoporosis and Idiopathic Scoliosis. Under their care, the patient continues to thrive at home where she is surrounded by the love of her family. Catherine is experienced in wound care, medication management, catheter insertion, trach/vent care among others. As a mother herself, she recognizes the special place home health care nurses hold within families. She is passionate and unyielding in her commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to help families embrace, love, and care for their loved ones with chronic medical conditions so they can flourish to their full potential at home.
Jennifer Fortin, LPN
Jenny is one of our highly skilled complex care nurses. She works full time with one of our patients in Culpeper, VA who is tracheostomy and ventilator dependent with a diagnosis of Duchenne’s Muscular Dystrophy. Due to her compassion and attention to detail, her patient continues to thrive at home and the family adores her. Prior to joining Hi-Pointe in 2016, Jennifer worked in multiple healthcare settings such as nursing homes, long-term care facilities, rehab centers, and hospital ICU units. Her parents own a nursing home and throughout her life, she and her sisters, who are also nurses, believed that nursing was their calling. She was drawn to home care because it enabled her to work one-on-one with each patient, understand their ongoing medical needs and monitor their improvement. Her patients become like family and she cares deeply about them. She takes pride in being a Hi-Pointe nurse because she feels challenged to perform her duties according to very high standards. She also benefits from ongoing training and mentoring at Hi-Pointe, and feels a genuine sense of appreciation for her work, which translates to a better work environment and job satisfaction.
Merril McMillian, LPN
Merril has over 12 years nursing experience that includes rehab facilities; home healthcare and inpatient care at George Washington Hospital and Fauquier Hospital. She specializes in acute care patients who are tracheostomy and ventilator dependent. Since joining Hi-Pointe in 2016, Merril has been working full time with a trach/vent dependent child with a diagnosis of Chronic Respiratory Failure. She is a valued member of the Hi-Pointe team because of her handwork, dedication and compassion. She loves working with children she enjoys playing a role in helping them accomplish major milestones one at a time. She loves being able to see their dramatic recoveries firsthand. She loves working with Hi-Pointe because of the company’s core values of compassion, excellence, respect and social responsibility. It makes her feel that she is part of something meaningful.
Alejandra Gaviria, LPN
Alejandra is a highly skilled nurse with over 3 years acute care experience and 10 years in home healthcare. She specializes in pediatric patients who are trach/vent dependent. Since joining Hi-Pointe in 2016, Ale has been working full time with a trach/vent dependent child with a diagnosis of Chronic Respiratory Failure and Charge Syndrome. She is a valued member of the Hi-Pointe team because of her handwork, compassion and dedication to excellence. She thinks working with children is amazing – “the compensation of seeing a child you work with reach and surpass potentials never thought of is rewarding.” This is what drew her to pediatric home health care. She loves working with Hi-Pointe “because of the peaceful and collaborative work environment, which promotes communication, learning, clinical excellence and family.”
